We have two distinct buildings, 142 and 146 Crownpoint Road. 142 is a traditional red sandstone building, formerly the church offices. This provides smaller studios and workspaces ranging from 10m2 – 30m2.
146 comprises the former carpet factory. The studios here have fantastic natural light and whilst there are one or two smaller spaces, they are generally larger from 30m2 – 100m2.
For all the studios we charge a simple all-inclusive rate so there are no extras for utilities, insurance or VAT.
The other aspect of the Complex is the seven industrial units which range in size from 150m2 – 900m2. These provide single storey modern ground floor industrial spaces with direct vehicle access.
